	WRB50105 Diploma of BEAUTY THERAPY
	Diploma of Beauty Therapy focuses on planning and initiation skills across a broad range of technical and/or managerial requirements, evaluation and coordination. Ability to select equipment, services and techniques for self and others is developed. Responsibility and coordination for individuals and teams and autonomy must be achieved for complex applications. The Diploma enables the participant to manage and take responsibilty for larger teams and work areas in a management role.
	WRB40105 Certificate IV in BEAUTY THERAPY
	Certificate IV develops the participants' ability to manage a broad range of complex routine and non-routine activities. Leadership and problem solving skills are further developed including evaluating and analysing current practices and trends, planning and supervision.
	WRB30104 Certificate III in Beauty Services
	WRB30204 Certifiacte III in Nail Technology
	Certificate III requires trainees to select, adapt and transfer skills to manage a broader range of activities in routine and non-routine contexts. Leadership and problem solving skills are developed. Trainees are required to understand methods and procedures and take some responsibility for others. At this level, trainees may select from Certificate III in Beauty or a Certifiacte III in Nail Technology (Small Business)
	WRB20304 Certificate II in Retail Cosmetic Services
	Certificate II equips trainees to manage a variety of tasks and develop accountability, autonomy and skills in collaborating with others. At this level, trainess may select from a Certificate II in Retail Cosmetic Assistant, Certificate II in Nail Technology or a Certificate II in Makeup Artistry.
